On every single product page, you will see our automated "Find My Size" calculator. This is the absolute best way to find your exact size.

  • Step 1: Grab a flexible measuring tape.

  • Step 2: Measure your Waist (measure at the narrowest point of your torso).

  • Step 3: Measure your Hips (measure at the widest point of your lower body and glutes).

  • Step 4: Enter these numbers into the calculator on the product page.

2. Choose Your Compression Level

The calculator will usually give you two options based on your measurements:

  • ☁️ Comfortable Fit: Choose this size for everyday, all-day wear. It provides excellent shaping without feeling restrictive.

  • 🔥 Tight Fit: Choose this size if you want maximum compression and the most dramatic lifting effect. Warning: This fit will require effort to pull on and zip up.
