Returns and Exchanges Policy Effective Date: April 19, 2026
Thank you for choosing JDColFashion, LLC. We value your business and are committed to ensuring you find the perfect fit and style. To maintain our high standards of quality and hygiene for all customers, we enforce the following policy.
I. Universal No Monetary Refunds Policy All sales are strictly final for monetary refunds. This applies to all standard retail orders, wholesale/bulk orders, and custom draft orders initiated via WhatsApp or chat. We do not issue cash, credit card, or bank refunds under any circumstances. Eligible returns are processed strictly for an exchange of size, style, or brand, or issued as store credit.
II. Eligibility for Exchanges

Retail Orders: Must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date confirmed by the carrier's tracking.

Defective/Incorrect Items: Any claims for factory defects or incorrect items must be submitted with high-resolution photo proof within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp. Sizing issues do not constitute a "defective" item. If approved, we will provide a prepaid return label for the defective item.

Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Items returned with signs of wear, stretching, odors (perfume/smoke/pets), or makeup stains will be strictly rejected and returned to the buyer at the buyer's expense.
III. The Exchange Process

Ship to Us: The buyer is 100% responsible for the return shipping costs to mail the item back to our facility.

Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will contact you via Email or WhatsApp to confirm your new size or style selection.

Shipping Invoice: You will receive an electronic invoice for the outbound shipping fee to cover the cost of sending the new replacement item to you.

Shipment: Once the shipping invoice is paid, we will dispatch your new selection to the address on file.
IV. Restocking Fees While we do not charge restocking fees for standard size exchanges that are currently in stock, a 20% restocking and processing fee will be deducted from your final store credit amount in the following scenarios:

The requested exchange size is unavailable or not manufactured (e.g., requesting a size larger than our maximum size 16).

The customer refuses an alternative exchange and insists on returning the item.

The customer chooses to return an order simply because they changed their mind or no longer want it.

Note: All store credits and exchanges strictly exclude original shipping and handling fees.
V. Exclusions

New Arrivals & Final Sale: Items released after your original order date, or items explicitly marked as Final Sale, are excluded from exchange eligibility.

Stolen Packages: If your package is marked "Delivered" but was stolen from your property, we will assist you with a Shipsurance theft claim. No store credit or replacement will be issued until the insurance claim is fully approved and paid out by the insurer.
