If the items you order are in stock (UNLESS it states it is a pre order and a date is given of appx arrival), it will be processed and shipped out within the next 24-48 business hours (weekends are not included) You will be notified by email if an item is delayed in shipment or temporarily out of stock. Orders will be shipped via USPS Ground Mail and will take 5-8 business days (excluding holidays) to arrive unless you select otherwise.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 10 minutes  of your purchase, please contact us right away as it will not be able to be adjusted after that. 

If the item is final sale it can not be cancelled

 

 

 JDColFashion Priority Mail Shipping

  • Priority Mail shipping is preferred and faster at a low cost.
  • Priority Mail takes 1-3 days depending on your shipping location.
  • Tracking number is included and emailed to the customer once order is labeled and has been shipped.

  • Express Mail orders are placed Monday through Friday, before 1:00PM EST, except on holidays.

We have no control over what happens to your package once the postal courier delivers it. We do not replace or refund orders that are scanned "delivered" by USPS. ****
