Returning or exchanging a product with us is easy!

You've got 2 simple options:

Store Credit

Receive a JDColFashion store credit in the form of a gift card for the amount of your original order, you can use your store credit toward finding something else you'll love. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return your item.

Exchanges:

Love it but need a different size, color, or style? We're happy to exchange as long as that item's still in stock, and your return is in an undamaged condition with the original tags. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to exchange your item.

• Returns must be received unworn, unwashed, free of any stains and with the original tags attached and original packaging. 
• A 15% re-stocking fee will be charged if items are not returned in original form and or without tags.
• Please include a copy of invoice stating the reason for return.
• Customer is responsible for all shipping cost.
• Once we receive your order we will send you a gift card for the amount you paid not including shipping.  ($9.99 will be deducted from your credit for return shipping unless you provide your own return label).
• No refunds only store credit.
