What is the return policy?
We want your shopping experience at JDColFashion to be a VIP experience! While all sales are strictly final for monetary refunds, we will gladly help you with an exchange for a different size, style, or brand, or issue you a store credit gift card.
To be eligible, items must be returned in unworn, unwashed condition with all original tags attached within 14 days of receiving your order. JDColFashion does not issue store credit for original shipping charges, and buyers are responsible for covering return shipping costs. Please note that items designated as "New Arrivals" are explicitly excluded from exchanges. A 20% restocking fee will apply to returns submitted for store credit if an exchange is refused, the requested size is unavailable, or the item does not meet our return condition requirements.
How do I exchange a product for another in a different size or color?
You may exchange an eligible item within 14 days of delivery. To initiate an exchange, please visit our Return Center. Once we receive and inspect your original item to ensure it meets our condition requirements, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp to confirm your new selection. You will then be invoiced for the return shipping fee. Once paid, your new item will be shipped. Please remember that newly released collections ("New Arrivals") cannot be selected as exchange replacements for older orders.
What do I do if I received a defective order?
Claims for defective merchandise, incorrect items, or sizing issues must be submitted within 48 hours of the shipping carrier's confirmed delivery timestamp. You must email our support team at support@jdcolfashion.com with clear, high-resolution photographic evidence of the issue. Claims made after this strict 48-hour window are considered accepted by the buyer and will be automatically denied. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return label.
How do I return a product that I do not want?
All sales are strictly final for monetary refunds. If you simply do not want an item or changed your mind, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for store credit only. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your final store credit amount, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. The buyer is 100% responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
Shipping & Tracking
When will my order ship?
In-stock items are processed and shipped within 24 hours. Our shipping team operates Monday through Friday. If you place your order before 2:00 PM EST, your order will be shipped out the exact same day!
What do I do if I never received my order?
Our legal liability for the delivery of physical goods ends the exact moment the carrier tracking status updates to "Delivered." JDColFashion, LLC is not legally responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced shipments after delivery is confirmed, and we do not issue monetary refunds for orders marked as delivered.
However, if your package was shipped with active shipping insurance and was stolen from your property after delivery, we will assist you in filing a theft claim with Shipsurance. You must notify us immediately and sign a legally binding Affidavit of Non-Receipt. We will strictly not issue a replacement or store credit until Shipsurance has fully investigated, approved, and paid out the claim.
Why does the tracking page say that my order has been delivered when it hasn't been?
Couriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx) may leave packages at your front door, porch, or with a building manager if no one is home to receive them. Please check your surrounding property thoroughly. Once a package is scanned as "Delivered," JDColFashion has no control over the shipment. If you believe the package was stolen and your order was insured, please contact us immediately to initiate a Shipsurance claim. If there is an issue with the delivery route itself, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
Why has my order not been shipped/fulfilled yet?
Orders for in-stock items generally require 24-48 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays) for processing. However, to protect our customers from fraud, we strictly require your shipping address to match your credit card billing address. If your addresses do not match, or if your payment is flagged for additional verification, your order processing will be delayed or automatically declined.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship internationally! We also offer free international shipping on all orders over $300. For international orders under $300, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your destination and chosen carrier.
What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?
For all international shipments, the buyer is solely responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by their local government. These fees are determined by your country's customs office and are not included in our shipping charges or the free shipping threshold.
Payment & Orders
How do I make changes to an order I've already placed?
Because our fulfillment team moves quickly, orders can only be canceled or modified within 10 minutes of purchase. Please contact us immediately if you need to make an adjustment. After 10 minutes, the order is locked for processing and cannot be changed. Final sale items cannot be canceled at any time.
Do you have payment plans available?
Yes. We offer several flexible "Buy Now, Pay Later" options at checkout, including Shop Pay Installments, Affirm, Afterpay, and Klarna.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, Cash App Pay, and Zelle.
Can I retroactively apply a discount code?
No. Discount codes must be applied directly at checkout before payment is finalized. We cannot retroactively apply discounts, adjust pricing, or issue partial refunds for forgotten codes after an order has been placed.
Wholesale & Reseller Program
What are the requirements to qualify for the Reseller/Wholesale program?
To qualify for our Reseller Program, your order must include a minimum of 16 items. You can mix and match any style, size, and brand! You do not need to wait for a manual invoiceāsimply add 16 or more items to your online cart, and an automatic discount of 30% off the standard retail price will be applied instantly during checkout. Please remember that all wholesale orders are strictly Exchange-Only.
Care, Sizing & Other
How do I wash and care for my Colombian push-up jeans?
To maintain the authentic lift and shape of our Colombian push-up jeans, always wash them in cold water on a gentle cycle. Do not use bleach or harsh chemicals. We strictly recommend air drying them (hang dry or lay flat). Never put them in a high-heat dryer, as the heat will destroy the elastane fibers and ruin the lifting effect. Please note that items damaged due to improper care or washing are not eligible for return or exchange.
How do I make sure I order the right size?
Our authentic Colombian apparel is strictly manufactured to the specifications of our provided size charts. Buyers are solely responsible for reviewing measurements and size guides before purchase. Sizing issues do not constitute a "defective" item. If you are unsure about a specific fit, please reach out to our support team before placing your order.
How is the product made? Where do the materials come from?
Our premium apparel, including our 100% authentic Colombian push-up jeans, is expertly manufactured using high-quality materials sourced and assembled directly in Colombia, ensuring the authentic fit and lift our brand is known for.
