JDColFashion, LLC Terms and Conditions Effective Date: April 19, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using the services provided by JDColFashion, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our website and services.
2. Registration and Account

a. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

b. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and update it as necessary.
3. Products and Orders

a. Product Information: We strive for accuracy in descriptions and pricing but do not guarantee completeness.

b. Orders: By placing an order, you agree to pay the specified price plus applicable taxes and shipping fees.

c. Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.

d. Wholesale and Draft Orders: By paying a manual invoice or custom draft order link provided by a JDColFashion representative, you explicitly agree to our Universal No Monetary Refunds Policy. All wholesale bulk purchases are Exchange-Only.
4. Payment & Chargeback Policy We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and electronic services. You agree to provide valid and accurate payment information. By completing a purchase and agreeing to these terms, you explicitly waive the right to dispute charges (file a chargeback) for reasons explicitly prohibited in our policies, including but not limited to: sizing issues, delayed transit times, or packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
5. Shipping and Delivery

a. Accuracy: It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of your shipping information.

b. Delivery Times: We make every effort to deliver within specified timeframes but do not guarantee them.

c. Transfer of Liability: Our liability ends the exact moment the carrier tracking status updates to "Delivered." JDColFashion, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery. We do not issue replacements or monetary refunds for orders marked as delivered.
6. Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

a. Universal No Monetary Refunds Policy: All sales are strictly final for monetary refunds. This applies to standard retail orders, wholesale/bulk orders, and custom draft orders. Eligible returns are processed strictly for an exchange of size, style, or brand, or issued as store credit.

b. Anti-Wardrobing: Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags intact. Items with signs of wear, makeup stains, odors (perfume/smoke/pets), or stretching will be strictly rejected. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs to reclaim rejected items.

c. Exchange Eligibility and New Arrivals Exclusion: Exchanges are limited to inventory available at the time of your original purchase. "New Arrivals" or collections released after your original order date are strictly excluded from exchange eligibility.

d. Sizing Responsibility: Buyers are solely responsible for reviewing size charts and measurement tools before purchase. Sizing issues do not constitute a "defective" item.

e. Defective Items Window: Claims for factory defective or incorrect items must be submitted with high-resolution photo evidence within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp. Late claims will be automatically denied.

f. Restocking Fees & Store Credit: We do not charge restocking fees for standard size exchanges that are in stock. However, a 20% restocking and processing fee will be deducted from your final store credit amount if: the requested exchange size is unavailable or not manufactured (e.g., requesting a size larger than our maximum offered size), you refuse an alternative exchange, or you simply change your mind.

g. Stolen Packages and Insurance: For insured packages stolen after delivery, we will file a theft claim via Shipsurance. The buyer must provide a signed Statement of Non-Receipt (Affidavit). No credit or replacement is issued until Shipsurance fully approves and pays the claim to JDColFashion, LLC.

h. Exchange Shipping Costs: The buyer is 100% responsible for the cost of return shipping to our facility, as well as paying the electronic invoice for the outbound shipping of the new replacement item. Original shipping costs are strictly non-refundable.
7. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of JDColFashion, LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. The JDColFashionĀ® name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
8. Privacy Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal data and device information.
9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, JDColFashion, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, services, or products.
10. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.
11. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
