Shipping Policy

If the items you order are in stock (unless stated as a pre-order with an approximate arrival date), they will be processed and shipped out within 24-48 business hours (weekends are not included). You will be notified by email if an item is delayed in shipment or temporarily out of stock.

Shipping Methods
Orders will be shipped via UPS Ground, USPS Mail, or FedEx, and will typically take 5-8 business days (excluding holidays) to arrive unless you select a faster shipping option during checkout.


Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 10 minutes of purchase.
  • Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel, as adjustments cannot be made after that time.
  • Final sale items cannot be canceled.

Package Delivery Estimate

When considering shipping and delivery dates, please account for the following:

  1. Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to order processing.
  2. Processing may take up to 48 hours.
  3. Weekends and holidays are not included in delivery estimates.

Tracking Your JDColFashion Order

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your package. If you do not receive the shipping confirmation email within 3-5 business days from your order date, please email us at support@jdcolfashion.com.

⚠️ Important: Please track your packages. JDColFashion, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Couriers may leave packages at your front door if no one is home to receive them. We have no control over packages once they are scanned as "delivered" by UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for orders marked as delivered.
