Shipping Information Effective Date: April 19, 2026

Shipping Policy & Processing If the items you order are in stock (unless stated as a pre-order), they will be processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays). You will be notified by email if an item is delayed or temporarily out of stock.

Shipping Methods & Estimates

  • Carriers: Orders are shipped via UPS Ground, USPS Mail, or FedEx.

  • Timeline: Delivery typically takes 5-8 business days unless an expedited option is selected at checkout.

  • Security & Address Verification: Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to processing. For fraud prevention, your shipping address must exactly match your credit card billing address, or the transaction will be automatically declined.

  • Incorrect Addresses: Buyers are solely responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to our facility due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the buyer, the buyer will be sent an invoice for the exact cost to reship the package. The item will not be reshipped until this invoice is paid. Original shipping fees are strictly non-refundable.

Cancellations Orders can only be canceled within 10 minutes of purchase. Please contact us immediately at support@jdcolfashion.com, as adjustments cannot be made once processing begins. Final sale items cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

Tracking Your Order Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you do not receive this confirmation within 3-5 business days, please contact us.

⚠️ Transfer of Liability & Stolen Packages JDColFashion, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Our legal liability for the delivery of goods ends the exact moment the carrier (UPS, USPS, or FedEx) tracking status updates to "Delivered."

  • Couriers may leave packages at your front door, porch, or mailbox. We have no control over packages once scanned as delivered.

  • No monetary refunds or free replacements will be issued for orders marked as delivered.

Shipping Insurance Claims (Shipsurance) If your package is marked as "Delivered" but has been stolen from your property, and your order was shipped with active shipping insurance, we will assist you in filing a theft claim via Shipsurance.

  • Requirements: The buyer must provide a signed Statement of Non-Receipt (Affidavit) as legally required by the insurer.

  • Resolution: No store credit or replacements will be issued until the insurance claim is fully approved and paid by Shipsurance to JDColFashion, LLC. If the claim is denied by the insurer, the buyer assumes the total financial loss.
